OBS records audio but the chrome tab seems frozen

So I was recording my class lecture so I could listen to it later then noticed it. When I am on different window OBS doesn't record the window where the lecture is gong on. To be specific the video. It's fine with audio but the video seems frozen. So I checked to see if the same problem occurs in other cases and found out that if I keep different window open OBS shows the window frozen and only records the audio.
It seemed fine with firefox and there wasn't any issue but the problem occurs when I use different window in chrome than the one I am recording. Please help.
