I've always had issues with OBS dropping frames, but it would only happen ever 3-4 recordings... now it's every time.
Here is an example recording.
The footage keeps dropping frames until 0:16 when it starts getting pretty stable.

I've updated GPU drivers, and reverted back to ones I think worked. Nothing changed.
The first time I remember this happening was a couple weeks ago when I played Redfall. I think I changed some things in my system settings to try and get better performance. I remember messing around with the Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling, but that's about it.
I first noticed Red Dead Redemption 2 was stuttering a lot but I pretty much fixed this by turned on GSYNC. I then noticed that OBS and NVIDIA Share recordings were constantly dropping frames.
Does anyone know what might be wrong?!
