OBS recordings look like low bitrate

I've been trying to record Minecraft videos, but it always looks a little blurry/the bitrate is lower than it actually is when I have it at something like 40000 kbp/s
Example video (YouTube compression makes it a bit worse):

In the video, you can see what I mean if you look at the hearts, hunger bar, and hot-bar at the bottom.

Same exact problem for me. Just upscale your video to 1440p, YouTube will give you a better codec to encode your video. It will take much longer to encode fully but its worth.

Also try following a YouTube tutorial on minecraft settings for obs, I don't know what your specs are but here are some videos.

I would avoid both of those minecraft settings for obs guides.
240fps is NOT a supported framerate, it will break and when it does you'll be on your own.
mp4 is a TERRIBLE format to save directly to.

It's not that YouTube is the problem, nor specifically Minecraft. When I record anything with OBS, the image looks a little blurry like the bitrate is low even when it's not moving, such as the apps in the Taskbar.
Also, my pc specs are:
Intel i7 10700k
Nvidia GeForce 1660 Ti
16 gb RAM

Upping the framerate (I put it at 120) helped with some of the bitrate issues, but the video still looks a little blurry.
