OBS Recordings Look Choppy and Blurry

Hey yall, so I've recently been getting into recording but I have found that the recordings look choppy, blurry and somewhat pixelated. I have an example that showcases this issue: obs test - YouTube

Are you using StreamLabs? We do not support it here.

I say this because there is no string "clamping to max" in the OBS source code as what is being reported in your log.

I have streamlabs installed, but I was not using it for this recording. This was recorded using OBS only
