OBS recordings lag if FPS doesn't match.

I have a 144hz monitor, and like to play games at 144 fps.

I've been using Mirillis action to record my gameplay, but I want to start using OBS since it has a built in compressor and limiter, features which I REALLY need.

But there's one problem though, when I record gameplay on Mirillis action I get no problem, I record with Nvenc, in mp4 and the recordings never stutter or lag, but I just can't seem to get the settings right with OBS.

when I watch back my OBS recordings they always come out stuttery, and sometimes they downright just die and go to like 5 fps.

I figured out how to stop the stuttering and the dying: Set your in game FPS limiter to 60 fps to match 60fps recording. If it's anything above that it literally just stutters and the video doesn't look good. Seeing as I like to play at 144hz this is a problem.

Here are my settings: https://obsproject.com/logs/_4OjPB4Ug1Etbj05

I've never had this problem with Mirillis so there has to be something wrong with my settings right?

If anyone knows the fix to this, please let me know, I want to use OBS but I can't, it's killing meeee

There's no recording session in that log file.

Oh, I just followed the tutorial on the main thread on how to get the log file. How am I suppose to do it correctly?
