OBS Recordings have suttering

Hi I'm trying to record games through OBS but each time I check they have stuttering and lag. I was having trouble at 1440p so then I tried downscaling to 1080p and tried limiting my FPS but that still didn't help. I've tried some troubleshoots on this page, youtube, google etc, tried running OBS as administrator, nothing's worked. What could I be doing wrong?

only use one gamecapure per scene make a scene per game !

dont record in CBR use CQP

is D: and USB device ? dont record on USB devices

look that your windows engerysettings are on high performance !

and look if you hace an actual Bios (AMD Chipset problems)
