OBS Recordings Have Extreme Lag and Freezing

I really didn't want to create an account on this site (because I will literally never be here), but I need some serious help.

No matter what I do, my recordings always turn out like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQT7Acjv0YU

I'm being serious. I've tried using simple and advanced settings, tried switching encoders, bitrate, video format, pretty much everything I've seen on this website. I even tried using my friend's settings. My video and camera quality are also garbage (but that might be the actual devices, I'm trying to figure out a way to use my headset mic in recordings)

Here's what I think my specs are (mostly copy and pasted from System Information):
-I'm gonna assume my laptop is 144hz
-OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home
-Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
-OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation
-System Name DESKTOP-LC1OJA8
-System Manufacturer Acer
-System Model Spin SP111-32N
-System Type x64-based PC
-Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N4200 @ 1.10GHz, 1101 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

I hope I put enough I'm not exactly sure. My laptop also isn't the best, it can't even handle Blender quick smoke or high object Geometry Dash levels (much weaker than my phone, ironically).

Lastly here's the log file from a test I just did. The settings used in the test are different from the settings used for the video but it's still the same result.

I looked through my log files, and turn out lots of frames were dropping because of encoder lag. I researched this and fixed the problem by turning down my framerate and using encoder x264 (low CPU) and High Quality, Medium File Size

Change your color format from RGB to NV12. Running in RGB mode means all the compositing is done on your CPU, which is already underpowered.

Make this change, do a test recording, then with OBS still open, upload the current log file.
