Question / Help OBS recordings are laggy

So when I first started recording Minecraft in full-screen, it was fine. No laggy recordings, no lagging while recording it. All of the sudden, whenever I record, no lag, but when I watch the video, it is SUPER LAGGY. I've done research on other forums but they aren't helpful. Here's the log file down below. Thank you.
