OBS recordings are lagging

im not really familiar with it just yet, i’ve watched some videos. My GPU is only at 37% and cpu is at 35% and memory is 10gb of 24gb. It lags no matter what, i’ve disabled game mode, ive done all i think i could do. here’s the log.

Run OBS as admin, turn off HAGS and remove Avast as it's known to cause this kind of issues.
