Question / Help OBS Recordings And Streams *very* grainy.

I have been configuring my settings lately and whilst recording/streaming my content makes up to 1080p60 on Youtube although it looks like 720p or even lower. If any pc settings are needed to be shown I am going to need to know how to show it to you. I jsut made this for this specific occasion. All that I know about my PC so far is that I have a GTX1070 graphics card and a AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Core Processor 3.20GHz. I can't post a screenshot due to not having a direct link to the image so.. Anyways. I use the x264 to record both Streams and Recordings. Whenever I use my NVENC it drops from 300 fps to 20+ fps

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Like as of right now im not recording but obs is open and olny getting 28 fps when without obs on i can reach up to 800

You need to limit the fps in your game, otherwise the GPU will use it all and leave nothing for OBS.
