If you encounter encoding lag, use a lower Preset like p4.

It actually turns out that Media Player is whats causing the FPS drop. Its not OBS, its the Media Player app. How do I make VLC my default player?Use VLC to check your recordings, if you're not doing so already.
Log is basically clean, just a few things you can do, Disable Game DVR & try running OBS as ADMIN.
Also try writing to a different drive, using C drive now.
