So i would like to get into youtube and for that i need obs for recording and for livestreaming.
The problem is that when i try to record or stream the quality is pretty bad, i have tried a lot of bitrates and they don't really changed the quality at all.
My specs:
AMD XFX RX470 8Gb
AMD ryzen 5 2400g (it doesn't really get to 90%-100%)
MSI B450M Mortar
ADATA XPG Gammix D10 8Gb DDR4 3000Mhz x2 in dual channel (overclocked to 3200Mhz)
1TB HDD (going to upgrade it to an 120Gb SSD in a couple of days)
I have tried to use a bitrate of 3500 to 12000 and it was all the same.
