Question / Help obs recording settings to insert my video straight on protools 10?

Hi, im working with protools 10 on Windows and every time I want to insert a previously recorded obs video into protools I have to compress the file and it is taking 2 HOURS to do that (and I have a fast pc). If I dont do this protools cant play the video smoothly.
So I wonder if someone can tell me if there is an OBS recording setting that I can use in order to avoid the extra compression step and inserting it directly into protools and play it well (I have a really fast pc!).
Im using Protools 10.3.0 on windows 7 and obs latest version.

Ive tried this settings but protools couldnt play them smoothly
Thanks!

What fileformat does protools accept?
all of this but Ive tried .mov and mp4 and it didnt run smooth (unless I reconvert them to .mov/h264 using MPEGStreamclip. On protools forums they recommend .mov and h264 but Ive tried setting up OBS to record on .mov and mp4 (see screenshot on previous comment) and it did not play smooth and I had to convert it in order to run well. Any ideas on how to do it on OBS?

If it's just for local recordings, then set these parameters:
Ratecontrol=CRF
CRF value=15-18
Profile=baseline
Preset=ultrafast

That should give an easily decodable videofile with a good enough quality
