how can i get rid of the lag on my computer
this is my computer specs
processor: amd ryzen 5 3500U with radeon vega mobile gfx 2.10 GHz
Installed ram: 8.00 gb ( 5.92 useable

Open OBS, go to the Tools menu, Auto-Configuration Wizard. Select 'recording'.
That is an extremely low-end system though, and may be unable to handle the computational load of real-time video encoding.

I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings (which it most likely is). So you need to back off on your expectations and the OBS settings driving excess hardware demands on your system. I can't tell you what to change as
1. it depends on factors not captured in OBS log. So research optimizing Operating System and OBS for under-powered systems
2. you didn't read the pinned post in this forum on posting your OBS log from a stream/recording session so any of us could see if obvious issues (like maybe trying to do 60fps on your system)
