Here's my log, I've been trying to record games for a while now, and I've tried pretty much every setting possible, but for some reason my recording is just so laggy, when im playing the game looks fine, and it looks fine on obs, but after i finish and look back at it, it's pretty much unwatchable. This is my first time posting here and kinda my last resort, so if you need any more info please let me know, and thank you.

Bump. I've been trying to fix this for about 5 hours now, in the logs it says my cpu and gpu overloaded, and that's what's supposedly causing the probelm. Except that I checked in task manager while i was recording and my gpu and cpu weren't even close at all to maxing out, any help?

Do you mean to have Game DVR on?
You are running an old version of Win10 with a known bug/issue when using 2 monitors at different refresh rates (well documented in this forum)
Win10 GPU monitoring starts generic, and not specific to NVENC, nor specific sub-components (that I recall).. though there are lots of drop-downs to pick from, and then there is more specific GTX monitor tools.. you may need to dive deeper than top level to find bottleneck (I'm not a gamer so not an area I delve into)
and are you running a 60fps capture on a screen using 144 Mhz refresh rate? that isn't a simple divide by 2 type scenario, so that isn't helping
