OBS recording quality seems very low. Help please.

I have been using OBS mainly to record videos of me using the inbuilt camera on my laptop, and to screen record. I now want to get the quality of my recordings a bit higher. My log is here https://obsproject.com/logs/7f0qJloORBDnZgKp

I would really value some help to get the obs quality higher please - the obs is fuzzy, and seems more pixelated. Here are some of my settings from video->advanced

I have also noticed that tbh change anything makes no difference anyway....
