Question / Help OBS recording low fps

I reinstalled OBS a few weeks ago (before it was working perfectly) and it just doesn't seem to want to work anymore. My video settings are set to 1920x1080 and 60fps but it looks like i'm getting 20fps. All of my drivers are up to date, and I heard downscaling sometimes lowers fps, so I turned downscaling off.

It might say my resolution is 1920x1200, which is what my monitor is, but I have my display resolution set to 1920x1080 due to a few compatibility issues.

try running as administrator.
