obs recording looks choppy/lag stutter but no fps drop and when i playing its smooth

my drivers are up to date when i play games its smooth no fps drops
but when i check video looks choppy/stutter/lag for a sec

im using obs media source use hardware decoding on/off to check my video

Enable Windows Game Mode. It do help.
Move the display capture to it's own separated scene because it interfere with game and window capture methods.
It's adviced to record using MKV container instead of mp4.

For the amount of data recorded you need to use a M.2 SDD. Any kind of SATA device is not recommended in this case.
Don't use the media source to check the video. A better option is to use VLC player.

You can try using simple output mode, testing the different quality presets. They are self explanatory.

im also using vlc player to check my video and same result.
but i haven't tried mkv yet im gonna try it later and game mode on

im using m2. nvme ssd i remove my hdd
