Question / Help OBS Recording lags? Please Help

Hello. I am trying to record csgo games but it comes out laggy, i have over 200 fps while recording and it goes smooth.

What Programm you use to Watch ?! I know that some Progs have Problems to play high Resolution Files like VLC 32 bit. Maybe it´s not your Video that lags
 
Can you please upload a log file from after you record game play footage. The log file you posted is just from OBS running.
Easiest way to upload a log file:
Help drop down menu at top of OBS ---> Log Files sub menu ---> Upload Current Log File.

Switch the recording encoder to software low cpu use.

And to prevent your recordings from being completely destroyed when the files don't get finalized properly, change your recording format to flv.
