Question / Help OBS recording lag but in-game normal

In-game. I can play smoothly. No any problem.
But when I checked my mp4. Found it is sttuter.
I try many different ways. Decrease preset/profile etc. Still not working.
Please tell me how I can fix this.

Update. Now I can resolve the issue.

Solution:
Base scale = Output scale.

The issue of mine is.
Base scale = 2560*1440
Output scale = 1280*720.
That's means program has a task to scale the resolution down.

Then I changed base scale as 1280*720.
So program won't has to scale resolution.
Now everything works perfectly for both streaming and recording.

If you stream/record at 1080p.
Try do the same things

Set base scale and output scale as 1920*1080

Other information.
Game: Apex Legends
Stream and record with single laptop.
CPU: I7 8750H
Ram: 16 Gb
GPU: RTX 2070 8Gb
