Question / Help OBS Recording issue (Black Pixeletion)

Hello! Recently I started recording videos again and I have encountered a problem... After I finish recording and go and watch my video the video have weird black pixeletion... It's not on all of the video but in parts of it, I don't know how to fix it and there is no tut on YouTube how to ... Please help me, I really get frustrated from it...
