OBS Recording is suddenly VERY choppy

Hello Everyone,

Please excuse me if I'm repeating issues but all the fixes I found for an issue like that didn't really work for me.
I noticed that after making a recording with OBS the video file is very choppy. Though it is not choppy in my preview window.
I tried searching for various things to help but my main concern is this:
1. I am not recording a game as most people do when facing this issue
2. 2 weeks ago when I last recorded there were no problems and I DIDN'T CHANGE anything.

I haven't touched any of my OBS settings, I don't remember making updates on my windows. The only thing different on my entire system was that I installed a game to play completely unrelated to any recording, I didn't record this game or anything it's just that installing it was the only difference on the system.

So now I'm wondering why the recordings are suddenly choppy when I haven't done anything that would make changes on my system. I can see that while I'm recording it's taking up a lot of CPU but again it wasn't that way before and I didn't DO anything that would suddenly make it so. Running OBS is admin doesn't change anything and I also tried recording on all of my drives with no change (no change even on the SSD)

Switching the encoding to x264 and setting the CPU usage to very fast helps with the choppyness but the quality seems to suffer a lot in that case.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions you might have, I am just so confused by all this. I did add the log as well.

EDIT: I just tried with the CPU usage on veryfast and it was not OK. uploading the updated log
