Question / Help Obs recording is laggy

My OBS worked perfectly fine and now all of my videos are laggy af here is my log file. PleaseHalp

And if you change your encoder to software low cpu use (x264 ultrafast with crf 14)

what should i start saving it as then?:o and idk what settings to use with x264 i'm a noob haha
