Question / Help OBS Recording is always stuttering

Hello,

everytime i try to record something with OBS Studio the recording always is stuttering and lagging.
I tried switching the encoder from x264 to Nvenc but its still stuttering and my PC isn't that bad i tried to change bitrate and resolution and everything but it still does it. And i never had any problem with streaming.

Specs:
CPU: I7 4770k @4.0ghz
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 12GB (1x4gb, 1x8gb) @2400mhz

I wish I knew the answer, i'd help you icePixel. I've seen multiple threads like this with no answer. I have the same issue, even though I don't change settings between recordings or install anything.
