Question / Help OBS Recording Failed

Freshly updated Windows, OBS and Nvidia drivers but I'm encountering this "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: If you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

Obviously is the case, and had no issues previously. I've attached the log, hopefully someone can help? Thanks!

Your freshly updated Windows is out of date.

This also means game mode is on by default and can't be turned off, but that wouldn't cause your issue.

Anything else on your computer using an NVENC session-- like a VR app?
