OBS: Recording Error, An encoder error occurred while recording.

I've been using OBS for a while, suddenly my OBS won't start recording. It was running smooth with no errors before this current update. I think it was bricked. I also did a clean installation of my graphic drivers, still the same error. Need help!

OK. I have two screens and this happened when both were connected. The program worked if I am using only one screen.
