Question / Help OBS Recording Dropping Frames When Recording Rocket League

So I've got this strange issue that I've been banging my head against for about two weeks now. I record plenty of games which I upload to YouTube, but whenever I record Rocket League, the recorded video has like 5-0 fps.

There's my last log file from a Rocket League recording, any advice, tips or ideas that might help me find a solution are greatly appreciated!!!!

1. Log doesn't seem to have any recording or streaming attempts in it.
2. Turn off the Windows 10 Game DVR stuff if you can.
3. Avast can mess with OBS. Contact the makes of Avast to find out how to configure it so it doesn't mess with OBS.
4. Don't have Game capture and Display capture in the same scene.

I really appreciate your answer!! I've had no luck after trying your suggestions, however. Something worth noting is that when I click 'stop recording' the button changes to 'stopping recording' but then never progresses past that to become 'start recording' again.

1. Your GPU can't keep up (17.6% of the time).
2. Your CPU can't keep up (98.6% of the time).

To fix #1, https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues
To fix #2, use NVENC instead of x264. If you can't do that, then set your fps in OBS to 30 and your output resolution to something like 1280x720 (or lower). That at least will get the overload down a good amount. Post another log with those changes if you keep having the issue.
