OBS recording diagonally cut in 2 but not in stream?

Record to disk looks like this, while stream doesn't.

Tried different GPU for encoding Intel and AMD both

Use same as stream encoder

GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XT (gfx1100, LLVM 15.0.3, DRM 3.48, 5.19.0-37-generic)
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS jammy

Does it happen with software encoding too?
Check your player, looks like a mesa issue during playback.
