OBS recording dark image

Hello everyone.

When I try to record games, my OBS always display a darker image. I am using a TV, not a monitor. I have already configures OBS Advanced Video settings, as below:

I have tried to change the 'Color Format' to RGB, 'Color Space' to 601 and 'Color Range' to Partial. I've tried multiple combinations and the image recorded still is dark. I've also tweeked the 'Color Correction' filter, it got a little clearer but still a dark display.

Furthermore, I've changed some configurations in NVIDIA Control Panel, as below:

NVIDIA2.PNG

PS.: "Interavalo de saída dinâmica" means "Output Dinamic Range" and "Completo" means "Complete/Full".

I've also changed my TV's HDMI video range to Full and Color Space to Auto.
My TV's HDMI Video Range options are:
  • Auto.
  • Full.
  • Limited.
Color Space options are:
  • Auto.
  • sRGB/BT.709.
  • DCI.
  • Adobe RGB.
  • BT.2020.

I have a GeForce GTX 1650 Super. I'm using the PS4 Pro's standard HDMI cable.

I'm not able to upload my log file, an error without description occurs in OBS. If I manage to upload the log file, I'll update the post.

I do not know what else I can do. I don't understand much about recording, OBS and image quality.

Thanks in advance.

In OBS, set your Color Range to Partial, not Full.
Disable HDR on your system and video source (the PS4).

Both will cause severe color issues.
