Question / Help OBS - Recording - Counter Strike : Global offensive

Pc specs:

CPU : i7 6700k
GPU : Geforce 1070
MOTHERBOARD: Z170 A
Ram : Corsairx16GB

Currently having problems recording Cs constant pixel formations in recordings and lag spikes throughout playing (mass fps drop from around 300-450 to 100-200. I have tested recording in other games with same settings (Overwatch,Arma 3 and h1z1 no problems appear to occur.

Bitrate : 3500
CPU usage : Very Fast (tried changing settings --- only made problems worse either more pixelation or lag.
Recording : 60fps -- preferably stay at this value
Attempted scaling down to a 720p resolution for recordings - no changes
x264 encoder / CBR

Use simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, flv format, software low cpu use encoder.

Thanks this helped alot the footage is much higher in quality now :D
