Hello. My obs has been recording so choppy and taking few seconds to stop recording. Even roblox recordings are choppy. I recently upgraded to windows 11 but i don’t think the problem is this. I am pretty sure that my pc can handle 1080p60 videos. Any help will be appreciated.

Just an idea but theres an Intel HD graphic card listed. I dont know if AMD has also a priority option in its graphic cards driver software for graphic card to use for specific programs, Nvidia has, but maybe you can set the graphic card which OBS should use. If it uses the Intel HD it sure will be choppy.
Alternative idea is to disable Intel HD in the Bios and check if OBS works now fine or not. If it does, the Intel HD is used, if it still runs bad you can at least exclude the Intel HD from your list of potential problem causes.
