Question / Help OBS recording brighter and washed out

So for several months now I have had this issue where the recording looks like it has a sort of white haze and it makes the recording look really bright compared to what it actually should look like. I have tried all the different color space and range options and have been sticking with 709 and Partial because it is the closest to what it should look like. Also my monitor is set to Limited or Partial range (I use a laptop so I'm pretty sure its normal).

I would send images but it says the files are too large

This is usually a playback issue rather than an issue with the recording. Try a media player like MPC-HC or VLC.
