OBS Recording Blurry??

Hey there! I'm currently using OBS to record my gameplay in games like Beamng and GTA V. The game looks super sharp and clear when I'm playing, but unfortunately, when I record it, the quality becomes all blurry and doesn't match up to the actual game. (Reduces quality) I'm just wondering if I'm using the right settings for recording. Any advice?
Also I've already checked out a few YouTube tutorials, but none of them were helpful. Maybe it's because they have different computer specifications? I'm not really tech-savvy either...
