OBS recording blurry text

Hello I am trying to write on PPT using my digital tablet and at the same time I am recording the screen. But what I observed is, recorded video is HD but only the text part is blurry. Also the text part is lagging sometimes.
The image that I have attached is the screenshot of the PPT and I am expecting that kind of quality in the video. But in video you can see that its recording blurry text and also text part is lagging in the video.

Please let me know what's the issue with the setting, I thought this is something related to video encoding. let me know your point of view.

Why are you trying to stream at 60000 bps If you want your recording of a higher quality than the stream, put that high bitrate down in the recording section

Red does not encode well with h.264. Especially red on black will become pixelated and unpleasant, as I only found out after choosing my own color scheme.
Try switching your pen to green or blue, and see if the issue persists. They both should encode much more cleanly.

The lag is due to low system specs most likely; we would need to see a logfile from the recording to troubleshoot and make suggestions on how to improve it, if possible. Most tablets use very low-end hardware with a focus on sacrificing performance to maximize battery life, and real-time video encoding is an extremely computationally-intensive task.

Thankyou for your response, I really appreciate and I am really impressed with the response time of the community.

I have reduced the streaming bitrate to 8000 kbps as per @deFrisselle suggestion and also changed the color as per Mr. @FerretBomb suggestion.
I have also attached the logfile as per your request. Please check. This time I found good improvement in recording quality.
My purpose is not to stream the video I just want to record the video in high quality with clear written text.
I am using a tablet CTL672 by Wacom and its widely used tablet for teaching purpose.

I once again recorded the video using both the color and I found really good improvement.

Unfortunately the logfile links provided show as 'the file does not exist'.
When only recording locally, the Streaming bitrate does not matter (unless the recording option is set 'same as stream', which it is not in this case).

My misunderstanding, you meant a drawing tablet (the Wacom One), not a Tablet (as in an Ipad or similar). Chances are still good that low system specs are causing the issue though, and we will need to see a logfile to be able to tell.
To provide a good logfile:
-Open OBS
-Start a recording
-Reproduce the delayed-drawing issue for at least 30 seconds (or just make sure the recording is 30+ seconds, with the delayed drawing occurring within that)
-Stop the recording
-Go to the Help menu, Log Files, Upload Current Logfile
-Post the link it gives you here.
