Why do you have multiple game capture sources trying to capture the same thing? Why are you trying to use game capture on Discord?
Use a single game capture source for your games, and if you need it in a different scene, add the existing source instead of creating a new one. If you actually want to capture Discord, try a different source type like window capture.
