OBS recording at half the framerate it's set to

Starting a couple of months ago, my OBS has started recording at around half the framerate I set it to. For example, When I set it to record at 60 fps, it records at around 20-30 fps, but when I set it to record at 120 fps, it records at 60 fps. This wouldn't be a problem but my computer is kind of low end and it seems like setting OBS to record at 120 fps gives me the strain of recording 120 frames but only gives me 60, which leads to overloaded encodings and the like.

Thing's I've tried (none of which have worked):
  • Messing with basically every setting in the output section
  • Lowering the quality of my recordings
  • Downgrading my OBS to previous versions
  • Uninstalling and Reinstalling
  • Lowering my graphics settings in game
Any help would be very much appreciated. I have two log files below, the first one being me recording at 120 fps and the second one at 60 fps:
