Question / Help Obs recorded video problem

Hi when i record 60FPS video i don't have any frames dropped but recorded video is laggy. Can someone help me?

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 6850
RAM: 8GB HyperX
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
OS:Windows 8.1 Enterprise

But if i record with Fraps, recorded video is smooth.
