Got the newest OBS 2 days ago, been using it to record videos of my drawings but when I looked at the recorded video, it always seems to freeze for a while almost constantly, even thought the audio is fine, most of the time. Can someone please help with this?

I am using a Windows 10 laptop if anyone needs to know.

Your laptop is meant for light computing. An AMD A6 9220 is on the lower 10% of CPU performance compared to today's higher core CPUs... thats how weak it is. You need a better laptop/computer.

I see. Thanks. Any advice to what kind of laptop would be suitable? Like what kind of perfromance and core the laptop needs to have?

I have the same issue with my desktop machine.
About half way through each recorded video, the video stops (displays a static image) while the audio continues. The video catches up and then displays a new static image. Very annoying. It makes my recordings unusable.

Any help is appreciated.
