Greetings!
I have been using OBS for recording for a while, and i´ve never had any problem. But recently, this week, my obs started to framedrop my records. But only my records.
When i´m in game, i have no framedrops, and everuthing looks fine on the stats window (Add image)
But my videos have framedrop issues. Only the recorded files. I don´t know why, this problem just suddenly appeared. I also tried running OBS as admin and i have the same problem. When i record with another software (Like GeForce Experience) I don´t have this problem. Could you help me with this, please? I would preciate it.
My PC Stats:
Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

32 GB RAM
Intel i7-7700 4.20 GHz

My recording stats:
1080 60p
VBR
18000 Max bits
15000 bits
Recording on a SSD, Mp4 file, Nvenc H.264

Herés my log: https://obsproject.com/logs/LJ4Fzi1PJmo_RmhO

Suggest using NVENC with CQP rate control, quality setting between 14 (very good) and 23 (pretty good) instead of VBR.

Or use simple output mode, indistinguishable quality, large file size.

If playback shows drops but log doesnt (which it doesnt) check what you are playing it back in. Are you using VLC?

OBS shouldnt be compared directly to GeForce experience or other pure screen recorders, as OBS performs other functions (video switching, compositing) and requires more resources, and uses resources even when not streaming/recording.

First of all, thank you very much for your support!
It got better when i changed to QCP, but, eventually, the framedrops appeared in a random part of the video (Maybe the begining, the middle, or the end). I use MPC-HC Player, but i installed VLC after this post and it´s the same. Even after edit in premiere pro, there´s still the framedrop.
I changed to FLV file, and i have no framedrops. Maybe it´s a problem with the mp4 encoder? I´ve never had problem with mp4 before.
Again, thank u for your support <3

Try uploading a recording to Youtube (you can set it as Unlisted so it doesn't show up on your channel) and posting the link here. Then we can watch the video and see if we see the frame drops on our end. Because if we don't see the frame drops, then it might be an issue with your PC playing back the files (instead of an issue with recording them).

FLV is a container, it doesn't affect encoding/decoding performance. If you got skips in one session and not in another, either some other change caused it, or it was coincidental. Even if you're using FLV as a container, you are still encoding h264.

Here´s a test video. I don´t know why, but the framedrops are not so heavy on youtuve.
I installed VLC and i still can see the framedrops, even after render. At the same part of the original video. I tried to copy the video with an HDD to another pc and it´s still looks the same. I´ll put the link here, maybe you still can find the framedrops.
EDIT: I was trying to make some test with COD:MW Battle Royale and it appeared the message "Encoding Overcharge" but only on the first cinematic. I have 6GB VRAM, and i configured Warzone to use 2GB. I didn´t use to have this problems before. Here´s the log file

Thanks again for your support! <3

I think that's the wrong logfile.

OBS 24.0.3 (64-bit, windows) log file uploaded at 2020-03-15, 01:28:23

Failed to recreate D3D11: Failed to create input layout (80070057)

Sorry, i didn´t notice that.
I decided to upload the obs file into google drive directly, so you can see the framedrops without render. Also, here is the log file of that same video. I stil don´t know what´s causing this. Sometimes it happen, and sometimes it doesn´t. It´s like the camera is slow, not so smooth, like stuck or something.
Thank´s for your time

Not seeing any frame drops in that logfile at all. What are you playing recordings back with?

18:58:36.668: [ffmpeg muxer: 'adv_file_output'] Writing file 'C:/Users/Farid/Videos/2020-03-18 18-58-36.mp4'...
20:04:03.391: [ffmpeg muxer: 'adv_file_output'] Output of file 'C:/Users/Farid/Videos/2020-03-18 18-58-36.mp4' stopped
20:04:03.391: Output 'adv_file_output': stopping
20:04:03.391: Output 'adv_file_output': Total frames output: 235593
20:04:03.391: Output 'adv_file_output': Total drawn frames: 235604

I was playing the recordings with MPC-HC And VLC. But, i found the problem (Sort of)
I´ve been making a lot of test, and the problem was with the "Screen capture" option. When i record on game capture or window mode, everything is fine, but when screen capture is activated, is when the video starts to do the weird stuff. I have been recording on game mode for a while whith a lot of diferent configs and diferent games (Low-high-higher GPU Ussage) and i have no problem. So, the problem is screen capture. Is there any way to solve it? Cause i wasn´t having this problem before. Thank u very much fo all the help that you gave me in this post. I realy preciate it
