OBS Recodings Lag. Help pls?

So i tried using OBS but my recordings are super laggy. Any Settings Tips on how to fix the issue?

My Computer Specs:
Procesor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU J3455 @ 1.50GHz 1.50 GHz
Instaled RAM: 4.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
