I helped out a church setup their live stream and everything was working when i left. THey now tried to live stream and the stream has no audio but OBS shows that it does. I don't have access to the log files but here is what i do have. If you guys need more i can get with them to get stuff. All tracks are selected, volume is at 100%, and monitoring is turned off in Advanced Audio Properties.

I am having the same issue with our streaming for FB LIVE. Though we are just using one audio track...HDMI from camera to Blackmagic Ultra studio Mini Recorder. Everything was working fine until this past weekend. Audio was absent or sketch/in & out. Any suggestions please?! I posted in another thread with log files.
