OBS randomly stops data sent to twitch and then freezes and my stream drops

Every single time i stream on obs, obs freezes up randomly at least once. I have tried everything i can think of and watched various videos to fix this but it keeps happening. I have included all my logs from todays stream 1/19/23 which was about 3 hours and 20 min long...I have an Avermedia Livegamer DUO capture card and an RTX 3060 12GB, with 32 GIGS of ram and WIN 11...I cannot revert to Win 10 (there is no option to do so) and i just reinstalled win 11 which wiped everything including my obs (and the backup didnt work) and i had to re-do everything from scratch...PLEASE HELP ME! Im about to make affiliate and i really need to figure this out...

I just noticed that in the first log is says im using Windows Version 10 Build 22621 (release: 22H2; revision: 1105; 64-bit) but i have Windows 11...wtf? also im not running it as admin because i heard that can cause security issues...

You should run it as admin.
