Bug Report OBS randomly stopped working today while streaming. Can't figure out why. Any suggestions?

I was just playing as usual nothing out of the ordinary. Didn't even notice it stopped streaming untill I closed the game. I don't have any button assigned to "quick stop streaming", neither was it a memory issue as I played for 3.5h with no issues. I'd hate for this to happen again without me knowing. Any help?
