OBS Randomly Starts Lagging In Middle Of Stream

Hey guys been havin this problem for the last few weeks. I'm streaming on Twitch while making music in Logic Pro X. No matter how many tracks my session has or how CPU (non) intensive it is, OBS will without fail get the jitters and freeze up my video about 1.5 hours into each stream. I've closed out every program on my computer outside of obs and logic. I've increased the buffer on Logic. I've tinkered around with the settings in OBS and tried to lower it to minimum cpu usage. The issue still remains. The log file analysis is saying that the GPU is maxed out and the CPU is overloaded. How is this possible? I've seen people on systems with much worse specs than mine that have streamed seamlessly, even with the browser and other apps open also.
