OBS randomly started lagging my computer

Hello, I have been using OBS to record a game for my YouTube channel (not important) and today when I opened OBS it laggy and lower quality than usual. I did not change anything in the settings of the game or OBS. Does anyone know the fix for this?
P.S. I just realized that my computer is at 75% and my computer tends to be laggier when it is charging. I will get to 100% and update you

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.
