Question / Help OBS Randomly started dropping frames...

Hello,

So I am a twitch streamer streaming World of Warcraft. I set up my stream about a week ago with OBS and WavTap. Everything was going great and I could stream with 90+ fps and now graphical lag whatsoever. All of the sudden I try to stream a couple days ago without changing any settings and I drop frames to about 60 fps and have noticeable lag to the stream and playing. My latency is fine I have 11mb upload it's graphic problems that are causing it. Any ideas? Is there a way to remove the OBS settings you have on your mac? I tried deleting OBS and redownloading to reset to default but it had my settings saved from the previous download.

Oh and I'm on a 2014 Macbook pro with 16gb ram. I think something just got changed in the settings and if I could reset the OBS to default settings I may be able to fix it.

I just turned on my stream for a little and here's the log. Still the same problem. My game drops fps and I get like stuttering gameplay due to fps lag. 65 MS (latency)
