OBS randomly forgets Audio Monitoring settings

Hi Folks,
I've been relying on OBS 26.0.2 for local recording and streaming through the Virtual Camera. In my setup I configure the Monitoring Settings for my audio capture device to "Monitor and Output." Seemingly randomly, the Monitoring setting for my audio capture device resets/reverts to "Monitor" only. In other words, OBS seems to forget my setting on this parameter. I have not experienced any similar forgetfulness on other settings.

Bug? Conflict?

Try always running OBS as Administrator if you're using Windows?

Right click when you open it.

Reason I suggest this - I am aware my own Audio devices play havoc with themselves and someone on here said I need to start doing that to make the settings concrete.
