Obs Randomly disconnects then reconnects

Hi,I’ve been having this issue or a couple of months now. My stream to twitch will randomly disconnect the reconnect. I never have any other issues and there is no warning it’s happening other than kbs drops to zero. My internet is good and my CPU is nice and low. Any ideas? I’ve added the crash log below

Any ideas? It’s happening all the time? I posted on discord but no one replies. It’s fine if nobody’s a knows,but I’d really like to fix it. It seems to happen when I do shout outs via twitch guru,could this be the issue?

This log file does not contain any streaming session. Could you please provide a log file of you streaming to Twitch where the disconnect&reconnect actually happened?

Within OBS Studio go to Help, Log Files, Show Log Files (or at Windows Explorer go to %APPDATA%\obs-studio\logs). Look for a file from a streaming session where the problem occurred (filenames contain the timestamps of the start of the OBS sessions).

Try changing your Network Card speed from Auto Negotiate to 100MB Full Duplex
