OBS random locks up

OBS randomly locks up/freezes while live streaming to Twitch. It has been doing this thru several different versions from version 28 to the current I have installed 30.2.2
I have to kill it using task manager, it does not matter if I run it in safe mode or not it randomly locks up, these past few days it has happened more often than previously which was once in a great while but this week it has happened almost every day even multiple times a day.
When it does this the cpu usage jumps from 2.3% to 11%
Specs
I9-9900k
64gb ram
GeForce RTX 4060Ti 16gb
Windows 10
This should be the url for the latest log https://obsproject.com/logs/DE9OOTPOL4qbt6QV

Disable HAGS, try again.

Your system may be overloaded, audio lagged a couple of times during that truncated session.

04:58:00.432: Source Desktop Audio audio is lagging (over by 3890542.37 ms) at max audio buffering. Restarting source audio.
04:58:00.432: Source Audio Output Capture audio is lagging (over by 3890542.37 ms) at max audio buffering. Restarting source audio.

Global & Source audio? I run one or the other, never both concurrently.

I also noticed that you are using device timing for almost all of your audio sources. I highly doubt they are all arriving at the same time.

Thanks have HAGS disabled now
Will see how streams go from here it happens so randomly that I cannot do anything to recreate it except stream. But like I said i can go months without a problem, then it might happen once, but this week it has been occurring multiple times a day
