Hi! im new to obs and streaming in general, a week ago i was having no problems with my streams, but all of a sudden im expiriencing CPU related issues when playing with obs open, even if im not streaming.
I already checked the high CPU usage pined post but nothing worked for me, i always stream in 720p 60fps.
tried out some videos about good configs for obs but none of them worked out neither, even formated my pc and tried in a freshly installed win10 and win11 too.
I was wondering if the latest version of obs may be the problem, i fear the posibility of hardware related issues.

The issue is that frames drop dramatically, freezing not only my screen, but the pc in general for a good second, i spotted a drop in cpu usage when this happened earlier this week, but, it does't seem to be doing that anymore, or so task manager shows, but the performace issues continues.
The problem started playing Lies of P, it ran perfectly and then one day to another starter stuttering hard, now i cant even play CS, even tho y played DOOM eternal before and had no issues whatsoever, of course i cant play it now, even in the lowest graphical settings.

The GPU and CPU temperatures while streaming are always arround 80°C and 90°C.

These are my pc's specs:

Windows 11
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10GHz (no OC, dont know how)
16,0 GB RAM 3200mhz
Asus GTX 1660 super (no OC too)
Motherboard Gigabyte H410M H v2
Thermaltake Smart 600W

Im really concerned about this, i love streaming and i would like to continue doing so, please help
I attached my last failed stream logs here:

Thanks in advance, and sorry if my english ist good
